Financial Services Administrative Professional Job (Yakima, WA, US)

We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Financial Services Administrative Professional

The incumbent schedules a minimum of 15 appointments per week with members and MEMBERS Financial Services representatives.

S/He markets the MEMBERS Financial Services program to both credit union employees and members. The incumbent assists with seminar preparations. Duties may include assembling seminar packets, making room arrangements, keeping lobby materials well supplied and current.

The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for the MEMBERS Financial Services program. Duties include setting up appointments with members, analyzing, sorting, and delivering incoming mail, providing telephone coverage, typing memos and correspondence, and managing calendars. The incumbent provides weekly time reporting to the Development Specialist - MEMBERS Financial Services. The incumbent maintains member marketing lists ensuring that information is current and accurate.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To perform effectively in this position the incumbent must have the ability to work in a team environment, excellent human relations skills and communication skills. The incumbent must possess good telemarketing and administrative skills including: organization, attention to detail, typing, and PC knowledge.

- Systems and Software: WORD, Insight Contact Management System, Infobot, and Phonemail.

- Assist with MEMBERS Financial Services marketing promotions with credit union employees and members and preparation seminars.

- Provide administrative support for the MEMBERS Financial Services program.

KEY FACTORS FOR A SUCCESSFUL COORDINATOR

- Schedule appointments with MEMBERS Financial Services representatives and members (minimum of 15 per week)

- Market the MEMBERS Financial Services Program

- Promote the MEMBERS Financial Services program to credit union employees and members.
- Coordinate lobby displays and ensure materials are well supplied and current.
- Assist with seminars, make room arrangements, assemble packets, and confirm seminar attendance.
- Coordinate mailings of newsletters, surveys, seminars, annual review letters, and appointment information forms.

- AdministrativeSupport

- Process mail, type memos, order supplies, manage calendars, computer knowledge, etc.
- Maintain member marketing lists
